Customized Employment
Customized Employment focuses on creating tailored opportunities for job seekers in a competitive integrated setting. This setting allows individuals to focus on their strengths, preferences, and abilities to ensure job retention. This system of support offers individuals with disabilities the opportunity for greater independence, personal satisfaction, and upward mobility.
Job Coaching
Our job coaching services are designed to help individuals maintain meaningful employment. We work one-on-one with clients to assist them to develop the skills and self-confidence they need to succeed in the workplace. Our approach includes job skill training, job site orientation, and liaising with employers. Our job coaching services are tailored to each individual, offering personalization and support every step of the way.
