Mountain Employment Training
Employment Services for Individuals Facing Multiple Barriers to Work
Mountain Employment Training (MET) provides individualized employment services for individuals who face complex barriers to competitive, integrated employment. Our services are outcome-focused, data-driven, and designed to align with system requirements while reducing administrative burden for referral sources.
How MET Supports Referral Partners
MET is structured to support both participants and referring systems by:
-
Providing individualized service delivery
-
Communicating clearly about participant progress
-
Coordinating services to reduce duplication
-
Focusing on retention, not just placement
-
Maintaining accurate documentation and outcome tracking
Our goal is to support successful employment outcomes while minimizing administrative strain on referral partners.
Current Funding & Coordination
MET currently provides services funded through Colorado Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR), private contracts, MOU's, and private pay.
We also are building relationships with workforce and community systems to support participant success. As additional funding sources and system relationships are finalized, service coordination will expand accordingly.
